Come stroll this peninsula, with its nine and a half miles of pristine shoreline and you will understand why Punta Mita is such a special place. In the morning, the rolling sea awakens your senses, gently bidding 'buenos dias' as it splashes ashore. Tropical birds sing from the tops of native coconut palms. Trails take you amidst jungle landscapes up Careyeros Hill revealing spectacular vistas and crimson sunsets.

As you gaze upon this place, you quickly appreciate why Punta Mita is Mexico’s, if not the world’s, premier gated oceanfront community. As such, it is distinguished by a variety of enviable amenities: a world-class golf club with two Jack Nicklaus Signature golf courses (one course ranked by Condè Nast Traveler as the best golf resort in the world!), beach clubs, a tennis center, a fitness center, rejuvenating spa services, superb dining, an array of water sports, Concierge services, and much, much more!

Defined by a well-conceived, low-density master plan, Punta Mita encompasses more than 1,500 acres on a beautiful peninsula surrounded on three sides by nine and a half miles of varied coastline and alluring blue waters, and by breathtaking flora to the southeast. Located on the peninsula called Punta de Mita, this gated community is preferred for its uncompromising privacy yet proximity to Puerto Vallarta and its easily accessible international airport and private jet FBO, just a 45-minute drive from the resort. Its seductive natural beauty, laid-back lifestyle and world-class amenities leave an indelible mark on all who visit.
